The US Department of Commerce has adopted its preliminary findings after no parties submitted comments on the review.
The US Department of Commerce has finalised its administrative review of wooden bedroom furniture from China, confirming that 11 companies are part of the China-wide entity and subject to a 216.01% anti-dumping duty rate.
The review covers imports entered between 1 Jan and 31 Dec 2024. The final results took effect on 12 Aug 2026.
Commerce published its preliminary results in the Federal Register on 13 Apr 2026. As no parties submitted comments, the department has adopted the preliminary results without changes.
Companies subject to the China-wide rate
The 11 companies that did not establish their eligibility for a separate rate will therefore remain subject to the China-wide entity rate.
They are Fine Furniture (Shanghai); Jiangmen Kinwai Furniture Decoration; Jiangmen Kinwai International Furniture; Nathan International and Nathan Rattan Factory; Rui Feng Woodwork, Rui Feng Lumber Development and Dorbest; Shenyang Shining Dongxing Furniture; Wanvog Furniture (Kunshan); Yeh Brothers World Trade; Zhangzhou Guohui Industrial & Trade; Zhongshan Fookyik Furniture; and Shenzhen New Fudu Furniture.
Under the final results, the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will assess anti-dumping duties on applicable entries of the covered products.
