The Segmented pad sander – P series Is already sold to Europe, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Taiwan. It applies a patent electronic controlled design. Users can adjust sanding pressure parameters of workpiece edge from touch screen. So the surface can be sanded perfectly without damage.
This machine is suitable for sanding veneer and lacquer. Workpiece thickness tolerance is ±1mm in single operation. Besides, the working width of machine varies from 610mm to 1650mm.
The PTP 30-3013, one of Anderson’s PTP Series
Especially designed for furniture manufacturers who require a high yield in the production of panel processes, the PTP series, with its helical rack and pinion drive offers the operator fast and accurate positioning. Furthermore, the series is capable of customising dimensions to suit the customer’s needs.
The boring unit is equipped with 16 vertical spindles and eight horizontal spindles, and mobile beams and suction cups allow you to manufacture different kinds of work pieces by utilising different processing procedure.
The series comes equipped with the ANDERSON-SYNTEC or FANUC controller with PC front end feature A conversational programming system, WoodCAM – developed by Anderson – is also built in the system. The operator can easily arrange production by selecting different applications and keying in the variables.
