Steinemann beefs up technical training for service staff

In November, Steinemann Technology’s entire team of service technicians gathered at its headquarters in St  Gallen for the traditional Service Seminar.

27 service technicians from nine countries spent five days learning about the latest Steinemann products in eight different workshops. Participants also received practical training on laboratory equipment, new machines and a number of component modules.

One important event was the training on abrasive materials and remedying sanding faults. Such programmes enable technicians to give customers the best possible advice and support on all aspects of sanding.

Continuous training and development for service technicians is a high priority at Steinemann Technology, its website said, “because we know that only with a highly trained service team can we get our specialised Steinemann machines up and running on customer premises as quickly as possible and meet their justifiably high demands on surface quality.”
