Siempelkamp celebrated the construction of a new logistics and service centre in Bad Kreuznach, Germany on July 1. After completion of the first construction phase, the centre will provide a storage space of approximately 7,000 m².

“The new logistics building is of great importance for both, the future skills of SLS and also for our customers which will profit from even better performance,” said managing director of Siempelkamp Logistics & Service GmbH Stefan Wissing.

Directly connected to Frankfurt international airport and as a certified shipper, Siempelkamp Logistics & Service GmbH will ensure a direct and fast worldwide spare parts supply without bureaucratic expenditure.

The new centre will also optimise processes, efficiencies and reduce operating costs. A significantly higher warehouse stock will also ensure a more efficient and quicker parts supply and thus, offer customers the opportunity to significantly reduce their own spare parts stock and to save costs.

The new milestone brings Siempelkamp closer to its pursuit of accurate technical expertise, high quality standards and uncompromising service concept.
