Successful year buoyed by HG Grimme acquisition
The SCM Group EUR311 million euro, an increase of 14.5 per cent compared to the 271.7 million euro reached in 2016. The Group is expecting to exceed the ambitious targets set for 2017.
The acquisition of HG Grimme, a German specialist in machines for processing plastic and composite materials, strengthened the Italian company in global leadership in technology for plastic and composite materials. Based in Rimini, SCM already has a presence in that area with the CMS brand.
Scm Group ended 2016 with a turnover of EUR600 Mn euro, an increase of 15 per cent compared to 2015.
