Raute Corporation has appointed Ville Halttunen as their CFO and member of the executive board. He will join Raute from Cramo Group, an equipment rental company for construction companies, where he holds the position of CFO.
According to Raute, he will take over Raute’s CFO position at the latest on 10 Jul 2023. Halttunen will report in his position to Mika Saariaho, president and CEO of Raute.
Halttunen has over 14 years experience in Cramo Group in different business controlling, financial controlling and overall financial management roles. Earlier in his career, he worked at PwC as a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) analyst and auditor.
“I’m happy to welcome Ville to join Raute team and wish him best of success. His wide experience and background from both external and internal reporting, as well as in M&A and restructurings will be highly valuable in his new role,” said Saariaho.
Raute’s interim CFO, Minna Yrjönmäki, will continue in her role until Halttunen joins Raute.
