Michael Bock has been appointed as the new managing director of Weinig Vertrieb und Service with effect from 1 Apr 2023.
He now represents the company together with Gregor Baumbusch, who, in addition to his role as CEO, is also responsible for Weinig Vertrieb und Service’s sales division. Michael Bock is responsible for the project business and also heads the Weinig System Solutions division.
The Weinig System Solutions division supports customers in the conception, planning and implementation of large-scale systems for the production of customised components for timber structures, right through to commissioning and maintenance.
With the acquisition of HIT Maschinenbau back in April 2023, the Weinig System Solutions division now supports finger jointing solutions.
Bock was previously successful in management positions at international systems engineering companies and took over the management of the Weinig System Solutions division at Weinig Vertrieb und Service in August 2022.
