LIGNA 2023: Nanxing Machinery displays range of equipment and workstations

The NB7X edgebander

At LIGNA, Nanxing Machinery is displaying a range of products for panel furniture production, from sizing and edgebanding to drilling and intelligent workstations, to help clients reduce costs and improve competitiveness.

They will be showcasing their NCG3021L-Twin Gantry nesting workstation with pre-sorting function, equipped with the CP180L robot and additional tracking. It doubles efficiency with the twin gantry — able to process 7 x 9ft panels in around 4 minutes — thus saving labour and costs. It is also easy to implement.

The company will also showcase its NCB612FTL drilling workstation with C axis, combined with the NCB612DPTL twin stations. This combination covers almost all the drilling and processing requirements for cabinet boards, and can process 7-8 parts/min.

Nanxing will be displaying two types of edgebanding machines: The first is the NB7X model, a two-in-one machine with nesting kit for inclined and straight edging. The second is the NB8PCHGM-PC model, equipped with a V-belt and double gluing units. A heavy-duty edgebander with an additional grooving function, the NB8PCHGM-PC is PC-controlled and allows for intelligent production. It can ensure quick changes in glue colour, edge tape, and tape thickness, and supports ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and polyurethane reactive (PUR) glues.

Besides woodworking machinery, the company is demonstrating their line-up of software solutions for intelligent production integration and higher production output, such as the Fin Design, Fin MES, Fin OMS, Fin CNC controller intelligent production control system, and intelligent automated production consultation service.

Currently, Nanxing has four factories based in Houjie, Shatian, Shaoguan and Wuxi areas in China with strong production capacity. Most mechanical parts are processed by advanced computerised numerical control (CNC) machines and robots, with an optimal assembly line and strict quality control (QC) system to make their machines more reliable. The company also has a global sales and services network, able to provide prompt reaction with abundant spare parts supplies to ensure good user experience of their solutions.

Nanxing Machinery will be at Hall 11: Stand D11.
