IWT-Moldrup, a Denmark-based wood impregnation and thermal treatment plant supplier, has secured an order to supply a wood impregnation plant and material handling equipment worth over 15 million euros.
Company representative Nina Moldrup says that the plant technology being supplied for the project has a total capacity of more than 400 cubic metres of wood per cycle.
The total capacity will be reached by three vessels that each have a capacity of 135 cubic metres per cycle. Above 270 tonnes of wood can effectively be handled on one transfer unit at a time. IWT-Moldrup is set to deliver the order over a period of three years, with a first commissioning slated for mid 2021.
The company also operates an office in Singapore.
