The 100th mill represents the ultimate evolution of up-to-date technology for the production of wood flakes in particleboard manufacturing.
The company developed the famous wobble disc to distribute chips evenly all over the length of the 690mm knife. This system reduces up to 35% energy consumption compared to other models, improvements in capacity up to 18 t/h bd, better flake quality both in length, thickness and flat surface.
The new generation EVO 4 mill also represents the ultimate evolution in flaking technology with improvements:
- Hydraulic unit for forced lubrication of main bearings with heat exchanger
- Sensor for temperature and vibration survey
- High thickness new design wear plates
- Special belt for conveying pollutant materials out of the machine
