Fire protection and measurement technology specialist Fagus-GreCon has established a new subsidiary in Australia and New Zealand as part of efforts to strengthen its sales and service operations in the region.

GreCon ANZ was officially incorporated on 22 Jul 2026 and began operations on 1 Aug. The new entity provides Fagus-GreCon with a local structure for serving customers across both markets.

Fagus-GreCon has operated in Australia and New Zealand for many years. The establishment of GreCon ANZ formally brings its existing presence under a dedicated subsidiary within the group’s international sales and service network.

“Australia and New Zealand are markets with a long-term perspective for us. With GreCon ANZ, we are giving our existing local presence the right structure and moving even closer to our customers. At the same time, we are strengthening our international position as the Fagus-GreCon Group,” said Alexander Kuppe, managing director of Fagus-GreCon Greten.

GreCon ANZ will take responsibility for direct customer support in Australia and New Zealand. Simon Brown has been appointed managing director and will continue his longstanding work with Fagus-GreCon in the region.

“With the establishment of GreCon ANZ, this will consolidate sales and service directly under the Fagus-GreCon umbrella. Customers will continue to receive the same familiar local support. What is new is the direct connection to GreCon, providing access to the technical expertise and the full product and service portfolio of the entire group,” said Brown.
