From 30 Sep-3 Oct 2023, the 25th edition of the Intermob Fair will take place at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center in Istanbul, Turkey, for the furniture sub-industry.
According to RX Tüyap, the organiser in cooperation with the Furniture Accessories Manufacturers Association (MAKSDER), there will be the participation of more than 400 companies and company representatives in 12 halls covering a surface area of 80,000m2.
Wood, forest products and materials, furniture accessories, chemical materials, sitting group and bed production materials, production tools, equipment and upholstery fabrics will be exhibited.
Intermob aims to cover every link of the industry value chain, from furniture components and accessories to machinery and technology.
The trade fair serves as a meeting point for manufacturers, suppliers, designers, architects and industry experts to discover the latest trends, to exchange information and to establish partnerships.
This year’s fair aims to be the most comprehensive and effective fair ever, with what is said to be a wide portfolio of exhibitors showcasing the latest products, services and solutions.
Berkan Öner, general manager of RX Tüyap, underlined that Intermob is “the most prestigious furniture supplier industry fair of Eurasia”: “Intermob inspires ventures in the furniture and wood industry by displaying exhibitors’ eco-friendly implementations, materials and technologies here in this fair.
“This year, we aim for a more productive fair with a bigger number of visitors, companies and a larger group of products.”
Discontinuing from the previous edition, Intermob will be held separately from the WoodTech, with the aim of enabling them to grow further and to better meet their visitors’ expectations.
With Intermob Fair, exhibitors can take part in larger areas with a wider product range, and visitors will be able to access a bigger number of companies and products. WoodTech, in contrast, focus more on woodworking technologies, and will be held from 19-23 Oct.
In 2022, both fairs were held together simultaneously.
