Holz-Handwerk is set to return from 12-15 Jul 2022 at Nuremberg, Germany, with Biesse presenting its latest automated solutions in Hall 11 of the exhibition site.
Visitors will witness how to create a connected, automated factory with the highly-integrated technologies and software solutions that offer fast, optimised production without sacrificing customisation.
“The integration of the machine with the various production management systems, the connection with the machine and the understanding established with the operator enable the digitised factory to take shape: this is what participants will discover when visiting the Biesse stand,” explained Nicola Giombini, commercial director systems, Biesse.
According to the press release by Holz-Handwerk, Biesse will be presenting three integrated automatic cells.
This consists of the Rover B Edge machining centre with Synchro, Biesse’s loading or unloading solution that transforms the Rover machining centre into an automatic cell; the Selco WN2 panel saw, integrated with the Winstore automatic storage solution and with the Rover B FT machining centre; and the Brema Eko 2.2 compact vertical boring machine with ROS robot for loading and unloading operations.
In addition, Biesse will present edgebanding technologies, including the Akron 1400 and Stream A automated single-sided edgebanding machines. The Viet sanding machine for smoothing operations will also be on display.
With a focus on the world of windows and doors, the Biesse stand will also be home to the company’s new Winline multicentre, which is suitable for the production of standard and special window and door fixtures, for autonomous production with simplicity and precision.
Beyond machines, Biesse will also display its software solutions, the B_SUITE package and SmartConnection, the new software for the in-house management of orders, from generation to scheduling right to the start of production.
Besides attending the physical stand at Holz-Handwerk, visitors can also visit Biesse Group showrooms at any time of the year. The Ulm, Germany site in particular features the latest in machinery and technology for the processing of wood, plastic, composite materials, glass and stone.
“For us, customers are always at the heart of all our activities; they are the prerequisite for the professional and successful use of our technologies. We are delighted to be at their disposal, to offer a one-to-one visit to our showroom,” said Sebastian Marschner, sales director, Biesse Deutschland. “We want to ensure that we can remain by their sides at all times in order to meet their needs, which is why we have planned a series of custom events throughout the year in every sector in which we operate.
“As such, we would like to invite all visitors not only to the trade fair but also to our showroom in Ulm, for a comprehensive and unique overview of our technologies.”
