Biesse Middle East Dubai Campus at the the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority
Biesse Middle East’s involvement at this year’s Dubai WoodShow is marked by a new milestone—the unveiling of its new Dubai Campus.
“We are extremely proud to unveil this milestone to our public, since we started this to support our Gulf clients,” said Federico Broccoli, Subsidiaries Division and Wood Division Director – Sales.
Spanning more than 1,100sqm, the campus is the largest—and possibly only—permanent showroom in the entire region dedicated to machinery for processing wood, advanced materials, glass and stone.
It is located within the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, a “free-zone” built to incubate the region’s innovations. The Campus features subsidiary offices, a classroom for training, a dedicated software space, as well as a service and spare parts area.
“We are thrilled to have this incredible asset that is the Dubai Campus, especially in view of Dubai International Expo in 2020,” said Renato Manganelli, Subsidiary Director for Biesse Middle East “We will now be able to train our personnel directly on site and guarantee a stock of replacement parts at the facility, which translates into prompt and timely support for our customers.”
The subsidiary will be inaugurated in Spring 2017.
Biesse Middle East will be presenting seven technologies at its 300sqm stand at Dubai WoodShow.
With a 300sqm stand, Biesse Middle East will be presenting the Rover A Edge, the edgebanding CNC machine; Rover A FT, the entry-level CNC for nesting; Selco SK4 with Twin Pusher, the numerical control beam saw; the Stream A, the new range of automated single-sided edgebanding machines; the Jade 340, automatic single-sided edgebanding machine; Brema Eko 2.1, the boring machine; and the finishing centre, the Viet Opera 5.
