Designed by Natrufied-architecture, the new beach pavilion in Bergen aan Zee, North Holland for Blooming Beach is a gathering point for beach-goers. The shape of the pavilion allows the dunes behind it to grow by collecting the sand that the wind blows over the building. The fluid roof shape connects to the dune path where its visitors can explore the roof as well as the terrace. Inside, the open wood structure hugs the crowd in its warm embrace, inviting all to enjoy the view, in the summer as well during autumn storms in front of the fire place.
