Gillman Home Centre, a full-service hardware and lumber dealer with nine outlets across Indiana and Ohio, United States (U.S.) has taken over Aurora Lumber, established than 150 years ago, according to LBM Journal.
In a press release, Curtis Gillman, from Gillman Home Centre, said that the company “plans to build on the valued aspects of Aurora that contributed to its success, including retaining its experienced staff, while enhancing it with Gillman’s innovative merchandise mix and competitive pricing thanks to its increased buying power.”
“We believe this is the best decision for the future of our business and its role in the Aurora community,” John Petty from Aurora Lumber said.
