Woodworking Machinery Fair returns in Sep 2019 open up businesses with CIFF (Shanghai)
Buyers now consume more wood not only for producing furniture, but also for constructing ceiling, roofing and flooring, etc. A higher demand of woodworking is foreseen in coming years. In view of the rising demand in innovative technologies across the entire supply chain of furniture production and woodworking industry, the Shanghai International Furniture Machinery & Woodworking Machinery Fair (WMF) has been collocated with CIFF (Shanghai) at Shanghai Hongqiao, China once a year since 2018. The two fairs together attract over 1,300 exhibitors to display products that include furniture products, woodworking machinery and accessories in the 400,000sq.m. fairground. WMF serves as a one-stop platform connecting upstream and downstream enterprises and stretching across the entire production chain of woodworking industry. WMF will be held on 8-11 September 2019 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center, Shanghai Hongqiao, China, continues to lead the industry to step forward to manufacturing 4.0.
One-stop Display from Wood Primary Processing to Finishing Technology
By assembling a wide variety of cutting-edge machines and a wealth of market information, the exhibits in WMF span across wood primary processing, wood based panel production, sawmill technology, automation machinery, machinery for custom production, wood architecture, green production and safety control, CAD/CAM and wood products packaging, etc. WMF will be occupying Hall 7.1 & 8.1. It is expected to have 400 exhibitors from around the world to showcase more than 1,000 latest equipment and machinery in an exhibition area of 53,000sq.m.

There were total 420 exhibitors from 15 countries. Over 33,751 visitors from 99 countries, including over 30 local and overseas delegations, have attended the fair. Many of them concluded cooperation agreements and signed contracts with exhibitors on the spot.
WMF is widely supported by different organizations, including China National Forestry Machinery Association as one of its co-organizers, and China’s leading woodworking associations (Qingdao Woodworking Machinery Association and Shunde Lunjiao Woodworking Machinery Chamber of Commerce) as its long term partners.
